Job summary

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years on ITOM in production, and strong ITIL understanding. Certifications in CSA and Discovery are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, operations, or service management platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience operating ServiceNow ITOM capabilities in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ServiceNow ITOM capabilities with focus on reliability and data accuracy.
• Administer and operate ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate capture of CI data and CMDB normalization.
• Serve as senior escalation resource for complex ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB issues and mentor teammates.
