Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design and implement enterprise asset management on ServiceNow, spanning HAM, SAM, EAM and CMDB integrations. This remote role requires US citizenship or permanent residency with an active Public Trust clearance and a W-2 arrangement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years ITAM implementation and support.
• Experience with HAM, SAM, EAM, CMDB.
• Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Development, IntegrationHub.
• REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong IT Asset Lifecycle knowledge.
• Agile or Scrum experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
• Implement HAM, SAM, and EAM capabilities.
• Manage asset lifecycle processes (procurement, deployment, retirement, disposal).
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub.
• Configure CMDB relationships, data models, and data quality.
• Build and support Service Catalog items, workflows, and UI policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Support data migration from legacy systems.
• Create technical documentation and deployment procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ATF testing.
• Provide production support and ongoing enhancements.
