Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HAM Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain our HAM capability and integrations. You will work with IT Asset Management, Operations, Procurement, and other stakeholders to optimize asset lifecycle processes.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong JS skills, and experience with CMDB/ITAM. Travel up to 10% and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency with CMDB, ITSM, and ITAM modules; HAM implementation experience.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HAM.
• Integrate HAM with external systems and discovery tools.
• Provide support, health checks, and platform upgrades.
• Create technical documentation and follow best practices.
