Veriipro is seeking an experienced Sr. ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM Developer in Washington, D.C. This role will focus on leading the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions to enhance asset management and operational visibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITAM and ITOM modules, proven experience with CMDB and ITSM, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions. Participation in Agile methodologies is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITAM (SAM/HAM) and ITOM modules.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM implementations.
• Proven experience installing, configuring, and upgrading ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules including SAM, HAM, CMDB, ITOM, ITSM.
• Improve asset visibility and eliminate inconsistent asset records.
• Develop and optimize governance workflows for compliance and audit readiness.
