Job description
Stealth is seeking a Senior ServiceNow IRM Engineer to lead the design, stability, and evolution of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) technology ecosystem. This is a senior-level role for a hands-on ServiceNow expert who brings deep IRM experience and maintains strong awareness of ServiceNow’s product roadmap and emerging capabilities.
You will partner with risk stakeholders, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, and data teams to enhance and scale our IRM, BCM, and TPRM solutions. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Risk Technology and plays a key role in shaping long-term platform strategy.
Preference will be given to candidates located near:
- New York City, NY
- Stamford, CT
Candidates located in these areas are expected to work onsite three days per week in a hybrid model. Occasional travel to Guardian offices may be required.
- Lead production support for IRM, BCM, and TPRM applications
- Maintain and optimize forms, workflows, dashboards, ACLs, and workspace views
- Monitor integrations, scheduled jobs, and data quality processes
- Provide Level 2 support for incidents and problem resolution
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with OOTB best practices
- Build and configure flows, approval logic, questionnaires, scoring models, and workspace enhancements
- Strengthen integrations with CMDB, Archer, vendor systems, and external data providers (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub)
- Contribute to configuration standards, governance, and reusable components
- Support platform upgrades and evaluate new IRM/BCM/TPRM capabilities
- Stay current on ServiceNow roadmap updates and IRM module enhancements
- Engage with ServiceNow product teams, workshops, and advisory forums
- Assess new features (AI, workspace updates, content packs) and recommend adoption strategies
- Provide thought leadership to advance Guardian’s risk management maturity
- Mentor junior engineers and support platform scalability
- 10+ years configuring and integrating enterprise SaaS platforms
- 5+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development or advanced administration experience
- Experience supporting IRM, BCM, TPRM, or other non‑ITSM modules
- Experience building dashboards and reporting for business stakeholders
- Strong integration experience (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
- Knowledge of data governance, system security, and performance optimization
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certifications (IRM, BCM, TPRM)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, scoped applications, and update set management
- Familiarity with risk and compliance methodologies
- Experience with other GRC platforms (Archer, MetricStream, LogicGate, OneTrust, etc.)
