Qualifications

• CSA or CAD certification with HRSD certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources (onsite and offshore).
• Advise on implementing HRSD with AI capabilities and governance.
