Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD in the United States. You will design, configure and optimize the HRSD platform, partnering with HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered HR solutions.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, lead discovery and process design, and ensure compliance, data privacy and audit readiness while driving adoption and KPI improvements across HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery.
• 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a similar HR technology platform (Workday or UKG).
• 1+ year of experience translating business needs into technical requirements, including case management, knowledge management or service delivery.
• 1+ year of experience with knowledge management, portal optimization or business process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and success criteria.
• Lead discovery and process design activities to simplify and standardize HR processes before applying technology solutions.
• Serve as the functional liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs and technical concepts across audiences.
• Support backlog prioritization, release planning and delivery of HR tech solutions, including AI-enabled HR use cases.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, workflows and employee experiences in alignment with business needs and platform best practices.
• Review configurations and maintain platform standards, data models, roles and security requirements.
• Support knowledge management and employee self-service strategies, including content governance and migration of legacy content.
• Ensure solutions meet change control, data privacy, security and compliance requirements while supporting audit readiness.
• Lead functional testing and coordinate UAT, defect resolution and regression testing for releases and upgrades.
• Develop dashboards, track KPIs and provide insights to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.

What you will do

As our Senior Business Analyst, ServiceNow HRSD, you will support the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing operation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will partner with HR process owners, technology teams, HR Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centered HR solutions. You will be the functional bridge between HR, technology, and the employee experience.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery.
• 1+ year of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD or a similar HR technology platform, such as Workday or UKG.
• 1+ year of experience translating business needs into technical requirements, including requirements related to case management, knowledge management or service delivery.
• 1+ year of experience with knowledge management, portal optimization or business process mapping.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
• Familiarity with AI or large language model concepts, responsible AI practices or testing AI-enabled employee experiences. Advanced AI development experience is not required.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.

• US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
• US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
• US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
• US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
