Job summary

DivIHN is seeking a Senior ServiceNow GRC Consultant to design, build, and deploy a live GRC platform for a state agency. You will own the end-to-end implementation, configure Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management, and integrate with existing ServiceNow apps.

The role requires hands-on JavaScript development, Flow Designer expertise, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs. Remote work with onboarding in the first week may be required; 37.5 hours/week, W2 only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years implementing ServiceNow GRC / IRM.
• Ground-up GRC build experience from start to finish.
• Hands-on configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management.
• Strong JavaScript development and experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies.
• Integration through REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge transfer and end-user training experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build from planning through production.
• Configure Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management.
• Configure Vendor Risk Management and Business Continuity where needed.
• Develop workflows, forms, approvals, notifications, dashboards, and reports.
• Build risk registers, control libraries, and policy repositories.
• Integrate GRC with ITSM, CMDB, Security Operations, and Vulnerability Response.
• Document technical and functional designs and provide training to admins and users.
• Collaborate with business, security, compliance, audit, and infrastructure teams.
