Guidehouse is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead development across GRC, SPM, and ITSM modules. You will translate business needs into technical designs, guide a team of developers, and ensure scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules (GRC, SPM, ITSM) and with App Engine/Scoped Apps.
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS) and Flow Designer.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
• Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Conduct reviews of functionality developed by the ServiceNow team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.
• Debug and fix technical problems.
• Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
• Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
