Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years with ServiceNow and 2+ in ServiceNow GRC.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist certifications required.
• Experience configuring and extending Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit modules.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and optimize ServiceNow GRC solutions across modules.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows.
• Lead client discussions to define business needs and regulatory obligations.
