ZENITH INFOTEK LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong GRC expertise to support development and implementation, focusing on Governance, Risk & Compliance and Policy & Compliance Management. You will work on SIR and VR modules, inbound email actions, and service catalog customization in a remote contract role.

Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong GRC/Policy & Compliance Management expertise.
Experience with SIR and VR modules.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow apps with emphasis on GRC.
Implement SIR and VR modules.
Develop Inbound Email Actions and Service Catalog.
Create UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
Translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Provide production support and resolve issues.
Follow ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.
