Tech Mirrors seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect with 18+ years of hands-on experience to lead architecture, design, and implementation of GRC/IRM across enterprise environments. The role emphasizes policy management, risk, audit, and vendor risk management, with strong integration to ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and CMDB.

You will architect scalable ServiceNow solutions, guide governance practices, and mentor delivery teams while aligning requirements with platform capabilities and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, development, and implementation.
• Deep expertise in GRC/IRM and IM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and VRM.
• Experience mapping risks, controls, policies to CMDB/CSDM aligned service relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions for telecom and large environments.
• Architect and implement modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and VRM.
• Lead integrations with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CMDB, monitoring, and identity systems.
• Create automated workflows for risk assessments, attestations, audits, and remediation.
• Define architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance while mentoring teams.
