You will work on SIR and VR modules, inbound email actions, and service catalog customization in a remote contract role.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong GRC expertise to support ServiceNow development and implementation, with a primary focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Policy & Compliance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, primarily GRC / Policy & Compliance Management.


• Work on Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.


• Develop and maintain Inbound Email Actions.


• Configure and customize Service Catalog.


• Develop UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.


• Gather requirements and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.


• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.


• Follow ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.


• Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC / Policy & Compliance Management.


• Hands-on experience with: Security Incident Response (SIR)


• Vulnerability Response (VR)


• Inbound Email Actions


• Service Catalog


• UI Policies


• UI Actions

• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflows.

Mandatory Certifications
