Job summary

Nova Web Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow IRM Consultant to lead development and delivery of Integrated Risk Management and GRC solutions. The role focuses on configuring IRM workflows, risk scoring, and audit management within an Agile team.

The ideal candidate will design and implement end-to-end IRM/GRC deployments, build modern UIs with UI Builder, and integrate systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring upgrade-safe, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of ServiceNow development experience with IRM/GRC.
• Strong hands‑on experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Flow Designer.
• Experience configuring and extending ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementations across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.
• Develop custom risk scoring logic and control testing workflows.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for risk and compliance.
• Collaborate with BAs, QA, administrators, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
