Job summary

New Vision Softcom Consultancy seeks an experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC Architect to design and govern scalable risk management solutions. You will partner with Risk, Audit, Legal, Privacy, and CISO to drive a multi-year roadmap and AI-enabled risk controls, embedding governance across the platform.

The ideal candidate has 10–14 years in IT with hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience and a track record in regulated industries, delivering enterprise-scale implementations.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of IT experience with 5+ years in hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
• Lead/architect on at least 2 enterprise-scale GRC/IRM implementations.
• 2–3 years in a lead/architect capacity with governance responsibilities.
• Experience in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Defence, Energy).
• Experience migrating from legacy GRC platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior solution architect for ServiceNow IRM/GRC across multiple modules.
• Define enterprise IRM architecture and multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Architect integrations with SIEM/SOAR, ERP, and identity platforms.
• Lead governance, design workshops, and architecture reviews with stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and ensure architectural standards and OOTB adoption.
