Job summary
West Monroe is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer - IRM/GRC to help clients modernize governance, risk, and compliance on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead technical workstreams, design, configure, and develop GRC/IRM solutions to strengthen risk oversight, control assurance, policy compliance, audit readiness, and remediation efforts.
You will partner with business, risk, compliance, audit, security, and technology stakeholders to deliver outcomes-focused solutions for clients,
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
- Deep hands-on implementation experience with at least two ServiceNow IRM/GRC areas.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills: JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI policies, ACLs, dashboards.
- Experience leading technical workstreams or owning deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow IRM development workstreams from requirements and design to deployment and documentation.
- Design and configure risk management, policy, compliance and audit management within ServiceNow.
- Translate risk methodologies and regulatory obligations into technical designs and workflows.
- Configure IRM data structures and relationships (entities, risks, controls, attestations, remediation).
- Build risk assessments, control testing, policy exceptions, workflows, and dashboards.
- Own quality through design/code reviews, testing, and release support.
