A technology solutions provider in Chicago is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in risk management and at least 5 years with ServiceNow IRM. This role involves mentoring junior developers and troubleshooting complex issues while ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, including GRC processes.
• 10+ years in risk management, GRC, or related fields.
• Strong experience architecting and implementing large-scale ServiceNow IRM solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical workshops to gather and validate GRC/IRM requirements.
• Design and document technical solutions leveraging ServiceNow IRM best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM applications to support the full risk lifecycle.
