Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow FSM Practice Lead to establish and run the FSM practice within our Solutions organization. You will serve as the principal solution architect on the Intelas Next Generation CMMS program and own the technical direction, standards, and reusable capabilities for FSM across iTech AG’s portfolio.

The role requires hands‑on FSM expertise, credibility in client workshops, and the ability to mentor other architects and developers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands‑on ServiceNow experience.
• 4+ years architecting/leading ServiceNow FSM implementations end‑to‑end.
• Proven experience delivering FSM end‑to‑end with integrations across multiple ServiceNow products.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and setting technical direction for teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner of ServiceNow FSM across all engagements—setting standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
• Provide architectural QA and delivery oversight: design reviews, health checks, and escalation support.
• Build reusable FSM assets: accelerators, integration patterns, and delivery playbooks.
• Lead FSM technical discovery, shape solutions, size LOE, and contribute to proposals and client demonstrations.
• Partner on FSM offering development, GTM positioning, and capture strategy.
• Set technical direction firm‑wide for FSM architects and developers; mentor and review designs.
• Own staffing and resource allocation for FSM engagements.
• Drive FSM enablement: certification paths, training, knowledge sharing.
• Track FSM/EAM roadmaps and translate to offerings and client roadmaps.
• Support partner relationships, enablement, and joint pursuits.
• Contribute to estimates, pricing inputs, and risk assessments.
