Job summary

Workpact, a ServiceNow consulting and implementation partner, is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect focusing on CSM and FSM. This remote role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing ServiceNow solutions aligned with our clients' business goals.

You will lead technical design, mentor consultants, and guide customer engagements, with occasional travel to U.S. onsite meetings. 3+ years in multiple ServiceNow domains and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ServiceNow experience in two or more application areas.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with architecture design, development, and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer sessions to align organizational business drivers and functions to ServiceNow application capabilities
• Lead functional and technical design of ServiceNow application deployments
• Act as a technical architect on customer projects - coaching customer and other team members on technical best practices
• Mentor less experienced consultants on general consulting and technical approaches to solve challenges
• Assist in project planning activities and knowhow to keep tasks moving
• Identify additional opportunities to assist customers
• Continuously learn market changes and application enhancements to coach clients
• Create and deliver client-facing collateral such as workshop presentations, function and technical documentation, etc.
• Occasional travel to U.S. onsite customer meetings
