Fujitsu in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations across ITSM, FSM, and CSM. You will own the architectural vision, design solution options, and guide onshore and offshore teams through complex deliveries.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture across enterprise-level implementations.
Deep understanding of ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, CMDB.
Deep understanding of FSM: Work Orders, Scheduling, Dispatch, Mobile capabilities.
Deep understanding of CSM: Cases, Accounts, Contacts, Service Portals, Omni-Channel.
Strong knowledge of platform governance, upgrades, security, performance tuning, and cloning strategies.

Responsibilities

Define architectural vision for ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, FSM, and CSM.
Produce solution designs including technical specifications and data models.
Translate requirements into technical designs and user stories for dev teams.
Lead client workshops and gather business/technical requirements.
Mentor ServiceNow developers and technical consultants across onshore/offshore teams.
Establish governance policies, standards, and architectural guidelines.
