Job summary

EY seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ESM/GBS transformation projects across client environments. You will gather requirements with stakeholders, design architecture solutions, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Field Service Management implementation specialist.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel and a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as workstream lead across ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and solution delivery.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for process implementations and transformation through ServiceNow.
• Analyze ESM/GBS capabilities and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
• Lead client conversations and workshops aligning AI capabilities to outcomes.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery, including planning and risk management.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
