Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation projects across ESM/GBS domains. You will interact with clients and internal teams to deliver architecture-driven solutions that bridge business needs with technology.

The role emphasizes leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, mentorship, and hands-on delivery in both waterfall and agile environments, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
• Typically 2–4 years ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Field Service Management implementation.
• 3+ years Big4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and delivery.
• Mentor a 3–5 member cross-functional team including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on process and technology transformation for ServiceNow implementations.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to design architecture and deliver solutions.
