Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements and ensuring delivered architectures meet client goals.

The role includes leading a workstream across ESM/GBS engagements, mentoring a small team, and guiding best-practice transformations. Travel to meet clients is expected as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2-4 years relevant ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 1 of the following: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management implementations.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream across ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements including engagement management, design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ESM/GBS processes and transformation.
• Analyze ESM/GBS capabilities and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
• Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents, etc.) to drive value.
• Lead client conversations and workshops connecting AI capabilities to business outcomes.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with business/process resources.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery activities and produce high-quality deliverables.
