Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst/Consultant to lead ServiceNow transformation initiatives across ESM/GBS engagements. You will gather requirements, interact with stakeholders, and collaborate with technical teams to design effective architectures.

This role involves client travel and mentoring a diverse team, with emphasis on AI-enabled service delivery. You will drive initiatives across HR Service Delivery, Field Service, Customer Service, and Source-to-Pay, leveraging Now Assist, AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow project experience preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required.
• One of the listed Implementation Specialist certifications is preferred.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as workstream lead across ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and deliverables.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore staff.
• Provide guidance for ServiceNow ESM/GBS transformations and roadmaps.
• Lead client conversations and workshops aligning AI capabilities with business outcomes.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery, including planning and risk management.
