Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Technology Analyst/ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams, gather requirements and design effective system architectures. You will work across business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs, with opportunities to grow consulting and leadership skills.

This client-facing role requires travel, strong communication, and expertise in ServiceNow ESM/GBS, AI capabilities, and hybrid delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or similar.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification, plus one of HR/CSM/Field Service Specialist.
• 3+ years Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and delivery lifecycles.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on process and technology transformations.
• Analyze ESM/GBS capabilities and advise on roadmaps.
• Guide client conversations aligning Now AI to business outcomes.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and design sessions.
