Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams in ESM/GBS engagements, shaping architecture and delivering value through AI-enabled service delivery. You will gather requirements, mentor teams, and drive client relationships in a hybrid work model.

The role combines business analysis with technical design, leveraging ServiceNow expertise to meet strategic objectives and ensure successful project outcomes across global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2-4 years of ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of the HR Service Delivery / Customer Service Management / Field Service Management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and delivery, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3-5 resources, including offshore).
• Guide best-practice for ServiceNow ESM/GBS transformations and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
• Engage with clients to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes and transformation priorities.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and client workshops with stakeholders.
