Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks a Manager, Enterprise Applications to own the ServiceNow platform and its integrations. You will lead the ServiceNow team, manage backlog and releases, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable digital workflows across the enterprise from Melville, NY.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise platforms with 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, and HRSD experience, plus governance, security, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise platform or application experience, including 3+ years leading technical teams, and 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), and HRSD.
• Experience upgrading, configuring, and integrating with third-party systems; governance and Agile workflows in ServiceNow.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Strong enterprise integration, performance tuning, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform end to end: architecture, multi-year roadmap, instance strategy, licensing, and performance.
• Shape and prioritize enterprise demand; ensure UX consistency with platform design strategy.
• Lead, coach, manage ServiceNow team; define training and career paths.
• Manage external vendors and partners; enforce SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements using Agile and backlog management.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades and patching for currency and health.
• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions: service catalog items, Flow Designer automation, low-code apps.
• Own enterprise integration architecture including REST/SOAP, Integration Hub spokes.
• Establish and enforce platform governance: standards, security, CMDB/CSDM, HIPAA compliance.
• Report platform health, performance, adoption to IT leadership; provide deep troubleshooting.
