Job summary

ICF, a global advisory and technology services provider, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent.

The role requires hands-on experience delivering scalable, upgrade-safe solutions using best practices, with a focus on automation, integration, and user experience. Strong leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and mentoring are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with enterprise apps.
• 4+ years delivering ServiceNow solutions in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM suites.
• US Citizenship required; must obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside in the United States; federal contract requires US work.
• Strong JavaScript skills; ITIL and Agile knowledge.
• Certifications CSA and CAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, FSM, and more.
• Lead integrations via REST/SOAP; enforce governance and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.
• Support releases, testing, and upgrades.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable platform solutions.
