Job summary
NISA Investment Advisors, LLC seeks a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to drive platform strategy and implement new ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevOps, and automation capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders and IT leadership to translate requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions and maintain a high-availability platform.
The role requires 4+ years with ServiceNow, strong scripting and UI skills, and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
- CSA and CAD certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform strategy and enable new ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevOps and automation.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain platform health, governance, change control, and vendor alignment.
- Guide peers and enforce best practices across multiple teams.
- Administer instances, upgrades, and production deployments with human review for changes.
