Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in the United States to design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver workflows and visualizations that drive value.

You will lead technical efforts, mentor teammates, and ensure high-quality deliverables while aligning with federal contract requirements and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development on the ServiceNow platform.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust for federal work.
• Resume demonstrates ability to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Continue to build out a custom scoped ServiceNow app with visualizations.
• Maintain ServiceNow apps, components, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead design decisions and best practices for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Customize UI using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5 and CSS.
