Job summary

ICF is seeking an ITSM Process Implementer to join its Digital Modernization Division. This critical role involves supporting federal clients through expert implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in configurations and integrations.

The position offers remote work flexibility while requiring residency in the U.S. Responsibilities include collaborating on ITSM methodologies, managing data governance tasks, and ensuring the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, ServiceNow certification, and over six years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, including implementations.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
• Must reside in the United States for federal contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate vision and roadmap for CMDB products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate ITSM product requirements.
• Design and implement the ServiceNow ITSM platform according to best practices.
• Conduct data governance and quality assurance for CMDB.
• Integrate CMDB with Asset Management modules.
