Ladders is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role focuses on building intelligent self-service experiences and automation to improve how employees access support, partnering with product owners and service teams to streamline workflows.
You will evaluate AI capabilities and establish baselines to ensure production readiness for new releases. You will contribute to secure, reliable platform solutions with emphasis on access
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS or related field.
- 6+ years of enterprise software or platform engineering, especially ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering enterprise self-service, conversational AI, or automation.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/SCRUM practices.
- Secure, compliant cloud-based applications with access controls.
Responsabilités
- Engineer AI-powered self-service experiences using ServiceNow.
- Partner with product owners and service teams to simplify processes.
- Improve knowledge quality and implement permissions-aware retrieval.
- Evaluate and govern AI capabilities before release; ensure safety and accuracy.
- Create reusable actions and secure integrations with defined contracts.
- Measure productivity baselines with business owners.
- Ensure production reliability and participate in on-call rotations.
