Ladders is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s IT leadership team. This remote role focuses on building and enhancing enterprise workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery, with emphasis on reliability and scalability.

You will design, test, and deploy technical solutions, create integrations via REST and SOAP APIs, and apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SDLC experience with a focus on JavaScript.
• Proven ability to design and build external integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with AI-assisted applications across multiple platform modules.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize workflow applications following best practices.
