Ladders is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role focuses on building intelligent self-service experiences and automation to improve how employees access support, partnering with product owners and service teams to streamline workflows.

You will evaluate AI capabilities and establish baselines to ensure production readiness for new releases. You will contribute to secure, reliable platform solutions with emphasis on access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS or related field.
• 6+ years of enterprise software or platform engineering, especially ServiceNow.
• Experience delivering enterprise self-service, conversational AI, or automation.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/SCRUM practices.
• Secure, compliant cloud-based applications with access controls.

Responsibilities

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on building intelligent self-service experiences and automation capabilities that improve how employees and internal teams access support. You will partner closely with product owners, service teams, and business stakeholders to streamline workflows, strengthen knowledge quality, and deliver secure, reliable platform solutions. The position also plays a key role in evaluating AI capabilities, establishing usage baselines, and ensuring production readiness for new releases.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $104,583 – $153,388 annually

Responsibilities

• Engineer AI-powered self-service experiences using ServiceNow
• Simplify processes by partnering with product owners and service teams
• Improve knowledge quality and implement permissions-aware retrieval
• Evaluate and govern AI capabilities before release, ensuring safety and accuracy

Qualifications
