Job summary

Averity is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to own and evolve the enterprise ServiceNow stack across ITSM, HRSD, Knowledge, and Virtual Agent. You will shape the roadmap, design scalable solutions, and drive technical conversations with IT leadership and cross-functional partners.

You will mentor teammates, enforce standards, and leverage AI tools like Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT to accelerate delivery while ensuring secure, well-documented outcomes.

Qualifications

Deep hands-on ServiceNow expertise and stakeholder-maturity alignment.
Self-starter who owns outcomes and can communicate complex tech to non-tech audiences.
Experience writing clean, well-documented code and tests, with AI tooling awareness.

Responsibilities

Platform development: design, build, and scale ServiceNow applications and automations across ITSM, HRSD, Knowledge, and Virtual Agent.
Engage stakeholders across IT, People, and leadership to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
Implement REST/SOAP integrations with Workday, Okta, and other connectors; build Flow Designer automations.
Governance, maintenance, upgrades, reviews, and mentoring to reduce tribal knowledge.
