Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead ongoing improvement projects across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and CSM while collaborating with stakeholders to align the roadmap with business needs.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, multi-module expertise, and strong communication in a matrix environment. Remote work is offered, with requirements to support East Coast core hours and possible on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong understanding of the platform’s architecture and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level staff.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Design, configure and implement ServiceNow environments and modules.
• Ensure security policies and best practices are followed during development.
• Coordinate project team meetings and document status reports.
