Job summary

Leidos is seeking an NMS ServiceNow Senior Software Designer to lead the integration of ServiceNow-based solutions for a key AT&T program in the National Security sector. The role emphasizes architecture, roadmaps, and cross-team collaboration across Windows, Linux, and MariaDB ecosystems.

You will apply Agile and SDLC, drive security through RMF A&A compliance, automate deployments with Ansible/Python/Terraform/PowerShell, and guide senior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification and TS/SCI with CI poly.
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience including architecture and integration.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and integrating with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and integration of ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Engineer and evolve platform capabilities, roadmaps, and technical baselines.
• Apply Agile, Scrum and SDLC practices to plan, decompose, and track work.
• Define system architecture and oversee documentation (architectures, ICDs, design specs).
• Develop monitoring and observability to ensure performance, availability, and reliability.
• Automate deployment patterns and environment builds using Ansible, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell.
