Guidehouse is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a remote U.S. position. You will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions supporting IT service management and platform capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, US citizenship, and strong JavaScript proficiency. You will participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and support multiple releases while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum four (4) years of professional experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a senior developer role.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, automation, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and related development tools.
• Experience analyzing requirements and delivering high-quality implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for IT service management and platform capabilities.
• Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, and automation within ServiceNow.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Support ServiceNow platform administration activities including incident resolution, problem analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and maintain alignment with standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing release support.
