Bright Vision Technologies is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer for a 100% remote role in the U.S. The position focuses on hands-on configuration and development across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, including workflows, scripting, integrations, and UI customization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
Experience with Service Portal widget development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
Configure workflows, scripting, integrations, and UI customization with best practices.
Ensure upgrade-safe, performant platform deployments.
