The ideal candidate has 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and CSA certification, with the ability to work 100% remotely in the U.S. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow CSA credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
• Focus on hands-on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization and extensions.
• Ensure upgrade-safe, performant implementations and maintainable codebases.
• Deliver production-ready solutions aligned with best practices and client needs.
