Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Developer to build and maintain ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration and development—workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions to ensure upgrade-safe, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Perform hands-on configuration and development including workflows, scripting, and UI customization.
• Ensure upgrade-safe, performant, and well-documented implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable integrations and enhancements.
