Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for a remote role in the US. You will translate business requirements into technical designs and lead the development of ServiceNow applications ensuring alignment with objectives.

You will guide other developers, configure and enhance applications, stay current with ServiceNow trends, and participate in upgrades. Strong SDLC, Agile experience, and a SECRET clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Modules (GRC, SPM, ITSM).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
• Lead the development of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Stay current with ServiceNow products and industry trends.
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements to existing implementations.
• Review functionality and perform unit, system, and integration testing.
• Debug and fix technical problems.
• Document technical and functional designs clearly.
• Demonstrate developed applications to product owners and end users.
• Participate in platform upgrades, including regression testing.
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
