Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. The position requires 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

You will build ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM solutions, create workflows, and ensure upgrade-safe customizations. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration and development, including scripting, UI customization, and integrations, delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
Five+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6.
Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
Experience with Service Portal widget development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
Develop workflows, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions.
Apply upgrade-safe coding practices to ensure maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
