Job summary

LMI is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoW client in a fully remote capacity in the United States. The role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow, requirements analysis, and agile DevSecOps, with a focus on delivering mission-driven IT transformations.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end ServiceNow deployments, collaborating with Agile teams, and translating customer needs into effective configurations across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of work experience required.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow administration/configuration.
• Experience with Agile DevSecOps in client environments.
• Some travel within CONUS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle for complex environments.
• Collaborate with Agile teams in a virtual setting to deliver modules.
• Analyze customer ServiceNow needs and translate to configuration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement mission needs in ServiceNow.
• Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow questions and implementation.
• Demonstrate capabilities to stakeholders; deliver progress and final demos.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules for multiple clients.
• Create and manage workspaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports & portals.
