Job summary

Responsibilities include formulating enhancements, implementing new forms/workflows, and driving best-practice upgrades while coordinating across environments and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform (ITOM, ITSM Pro, and SAM).
• Current Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience with a large enterprise deployment of ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Catalog Item customization and creation of new forms/workflows for backlog requests.
• Coordinate and implement integrations with management applications (e.g., Tanium, Tenable, ThousandEyes, Dynatrace, SCCM).
• Assist with automation initiatives and development of new automations.
• Maintain and optimize the CMDB after discovery and mapping efforts.
• Process new enhancement submissions through requirements clarification, deployment, and testing with customers.
• Retro-fit recent customizations to align with best practices and improved solutions.
• Define and implement platform usability improvements with ServiceNow leadership.
• Coordinate change schedule for platform upgrades and patches across environments.
