Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain mission-enabling applications for HUD. This fully remote role requires delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrating external systems, and maintaining compliance with federal security standards.

You will work across SDLC frameworks (Agile/DevSecOps) and collaborate with HUD stakeholders to transform program needs into robust, automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications for federal civilian agencies.
• Experience implementing SDLC using Agile, DevOps or DevSecOps under HUD IT governance or TMF controls.
• Experience implementing and securing ServiceNow per HUD OCIO cybersecurity requirements and federal policies.
• Proficiency integrating ServiceNow with external systems and APIs across agencies.
• Ability to translate HUD program needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable applications.
• Execute the full SDLC using Scrum, Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall.
• Troubleshoot integrations, MID Server, deployments, and defects.
• Maintain cybersecurity compliance and produce technical documentation.
