GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical applications for HUD in a fully remote role. You will build ServiceNow solutions using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder, while ensuring compliance with HUD security standards and federal data protection policies.

The role requires extensive SDLC experience in Agile/DevSecOps environments and collaboration with HUD stakeholders to translate mission needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow apps for federal civilian agencies, with housing/public-sector programs preferred.
• SDLC execution using Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps within HUD IT governance frameworks or TMF controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure applications within ServiceNow using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Execute the full SDLC in Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall environments.
• Troubleshoot integration, MID Server, deployment issues, and defects.
• Maintain HUD cybersecurity compliance and federal data protection standards.
• Produce technical documentation and update logs for software products.
