The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge, and proficiency in Agile/Scrum. This fully remote role operates on EST hours with a compensation range of $120,000–$140,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow tools: Catalog, Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge Base.
• Excellent communication with business and technical teams.
• Independent developer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL/ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with lifecycle principles, enterprise monitoring, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as a technical team member.
• Support multiple instances and domains for internal/external customers.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum to manage development work.
• Advise on design, development, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate in business analysis to develop requirements.
• Develop enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
• Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflows.
• Facilitate rollout of new applications and enhancements.
• Analyze performance issues and plan improvements.
