LightFeather is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects. The role is fully remote, requires DHS Public Trust clearance, and offers a competitive salary.

Qualifications

6+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform development and administration.
Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
ServiceNow CSA certification.
Expertise in App Engine and custom application development.
Strong portal/UI scripting and widget customization.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external APIs.
Proven leadership in Agile environments and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications for federal projects.
Develop and enhance ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules.
Create complex workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation scripts.
Build Service Portal widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Lead integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
Maintain platform security, RBAC, and data governance policies.
Mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and guide solution delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and perform root-cause analysis.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and document architecture designs.
