Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the development, administration, and ongoing enhancement of the district's ServiceNow platform within the Office of Data and Technology.

This hands-on role involves configuring, maintaining, and evolving ServiceNow to support district-wide processes across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and ITAM, while partnering with non-technical stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and upgrade-ready solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience with ownership of an instance.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow forms, lists, tables, dictionary configurations, business rules, and client scripts.
Familiarity with UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, update sets, and platform administration.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience building or supporting integrations using REST, Integration Hub, and data imports.
Experience across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, CSM, or SecOps in ServiceNow.
Experience in a public sector/education/regulatory environment.
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary administrator for the district ServiceNow instance.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, including forms, lists, workflows, flows, notifications, and reporting.
Support development across modules (ITSM, HRSD, S2P) and other platform components.
Design and maintain Service Catalog items and end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer and approvals.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
Coordinate with the District central technology office for changes and support.
Ensure best practices and upgrade readiness, minimize customization.
Troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and refine processes for improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guidance.
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and ServiceNow partners.
